La Grotta Del Formaggio at 2nd and Commercial is where I buy pancetta, sun dried tomatoes and parmesan and romano cheese. Besides a wide selection of cheeses and Italian meats, they also sell pasta, olive oil and the a large variety of Italian products!
They also sell Italian platters with assorted meats and cheeses; perfect for that office Christmas party or your next shin dig at home.
Just recently they added a sandwich counter, something I'll have to check out the next time! Apparently they have served sandwhiches for over 20 years but until they added the sandwich counter and sandwich press, most people like myself were unaware of it.
