Slow coffee Vietnamese style

Finally bought myself a couple of Vietnamese coffee makers (small,
ultra low-tech drip filter device that fits over cup to make
Vietnamese-style espresso). Costs $5 each at most Vietnamese grocery
stores.
Recipe is simple: place about 1 heaping tbsp of
condensed milk (or evaporated milk if you're conscious of the excess
f-a-t) in bottom of a espresso cup, place filter over cup filled with
about 1-2 tbsp of good ground coffee, pour just-boiled water into
filter right to top, sit back and watch the drips fill up the cup.
Takes about 5-7 mins to complete. Stir coffee and condensed milk and
enjoy.
Bon appetit,
Ken
