Philippe (who just started a printing business) and I enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at the Copper Onion Curry Bar (1331 Robson, 604 642-0755) a couple of weeks ago.
We both had extra hot chicken curry with rice for $6. The portion size was huge, and the food was tasty and VERY spicy. Yum! I love hot food! A large portion is available for $7 but I can't imagine who could finish it!
The food is not gourmet and in fact might even be from a Glico mix according to Adam. But it sure beats fast food like hamburgers from North American chains!
And the decor is funky with a wacky but crazy good Japanese ambiance.
