From the Restaurants dept.
 We really enjoyed our lai fun (stir fried rice noodles with bean sprouts and onions see blurry photo above) at Gala Seafood Restaurant (Union Square 8300 Capstan way #1008, Richmond, 604 261-3388 - apparently they moved there a couple of months ago from Vancouver). Perfect texture! And the dim sum was tasty and inexpensive ($2.75 a steamer). Hopefully we'll be back soon!
