Jayant Bhandari emailed us to let us know that he has opened an Indian restaurant with free WiFi (yes!) where Dosa Hut used to be at 1279 East Hastings, 604-628-8181 (Hastings at Clark). I put it on our list of places to check out because we love Indian food. In the meantime, please let us know if you have been there and what you thought! Question for Jayant: what is the name of the restaurant? I assume it's Relish Trove but it's not 100% clear to me from your web page; it might also be called Rajni Bala's Indian Cuisine .
Our bistro showcases our buffet catering services, and frozen food.
We are open as follows:
Lunch: Everyday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Full weekday buffet for $9.50. Service on the table, and takeouts available.
Dinner: Friday evenings only; from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Full buffet for $13.50. Service on the table, and takeouts available.
Quite often we are open outside these hours to organise our catering supplies. So call us to check, if you intend to come when we are not officially open.</p
The bistro functions on the same business philosophy that we run our catering with: limited personalized services, and great, hearty food of unmatchable taste. If you, however, have any special needs, do let us know a bit in advance, and we will endeavour to provide it.
There is lots of free-parking in front of the bistro.
