Oriental Delight (#145-4751 Garden City Road, Richmond,
604 231-8744) is a truly a delightful :-) place for dim sum. It is not
cheap (even after a 35% discount for getting the bill before 11am., our
bill was about $50 for four people when usually it's about $30-40) but
the room is wider than most Chinese restaurants which made it easier to
maneuver with our 7 month old child. And the food is well presented and
delicious. Such as the shrimp egg rolls pictured above. My only
minor complaint is that there is not enough parking and that the place
is hard to get to (go west on Alderbridge and turn right on the street
after Garden City which I believe is Alexandra Gate since you can't
access the restaurant via a left turn going north on Alderbridge). But
the food is delicious enough that we will be going back for a
mini-review soon.
