Barb and I have loved the Stilton Cheesecake at Diva at the Met for many years. A great combination of subtle stilton cheese after glow combined with sweet and cheese flavours. Incredible.So, when I found out that the Senses Bakery and Restaurant (801 West Georgia, 604 633-0138) sells Stilton Cheesecake, I had to pick it up for Barb's birthday. And I was happy to find out that it is the real thing (it makes sense since Senses supplies the cheese cake to Diva). A bargain at $32 for a 6 inch cake since this can easily feed eight. Highly recommended! Check it out:
