Back in September, I spotted a new Filipino restaurant, Cucina Manila
(5179 Joyce, phone number unknown). Today I walked by and noticed
that that the sign had changed from "Soon to open" to "Grand Opening". Didn't have time to check it
out (other than noticing that the hours seem to be 10a.m.-9p.m.) but
plan to do so in the near future! I hope they have inexpensive,
home style Filipino dishes like balatong and adobo! In the
meantime, if anybody has tried it out, please leave a comment.
