For a Halloween celebration we went to, I wanted to make something with pumpkin that had traditional pumpkin pie flavour but was a bit different. I ended up making a simple yet delicious pumpkin roll cake.
To make the cake, I pretty much followed the instructions but I lined the pan as directed in this buche de noel recipe.
For the filling, I just used Oetker Whip It to stabilize the cream and I added finely chopped crystallized ginger for a sophisticated taste.
