Lee Murphy of Vista D'oro (604 514-3539) sent us an email several weeks back about the cooking classes at their Bed & Breakfast in Langely. Lee writes:
"Currently our line up of guest chefs consists of Chef Glenys Morgan, Chef Eric Arrouze, Chef John Kavanagh (Wolfie's Restaurant), Chef Frederic Desbiens (formerly of LaFolie) & Chef Jerome Dudicourt (Oyama Sausage Co.) Our classes or semi hands on and we have a max of 12 students per class. "
