I am happy to report that Guu with Garlic (1698 Robson Street, 604 685-8678 ) is just as delightful as its sibling Guu!Excellent Japanese food in small plates ideal for sharing. We particularly enjoyed the Spicy Vegetable for $2.80 which consisted of a wonderful crispy (but not too crispy) Japanese lettuce combined with a nice level of spicy heat. And the egg with pumpkin and mayonnaise was another standout as well. We will be back! Highly recommended. One small caveat: don't eat on the patio if you don't like smoke because it serves as the de facto smoking section of the restaurant.
