General Tso's chicken

Deviating slightly from yesterday's theme, here are two articles on that famous and yummy American Chinese dish (I've never had it in Canada only in the USA but I am sure you can get it in both countries), General Tso's Chicken: Who Was General Tso And Why Are We Eating His Chicken? (from the Washington Post) and The Definitive General Tso's Chicken Page . I don't think this dish is"authentic" but I have very fond memories of eating it and other "Chinese" dishes like shrimp with "lobster" sauce from my youth! Link: # | Discuss | |
