Sometimes we forget how lucky we are and the fact that we have so much!
This occurred to me as I ate the three delicious desserts that Barb prepared this year for the small birthday dessert party that we had yesterday.
From left to right: Mango Mousse garnished with fresh mangoes and raspberries, Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cake (i.e. Chocolate Ganache Cake with Caramel Pecan Filling; the same cake that Barb made for Lisa's birthday last year), Banana Cream Pie in a Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust
