We're staying with Madeleine and Ted, Roland's sister and brother-in-law, this week. Their neighbour Sadie popped by today with some beautiful leeks and herbs she had just pulled out of her garden. What a treat to have fresh leeks, pungent and sweet!!
We threw together this quick leek and potato soup to start our dinner.
